Our beloved customer call us saying that his air conditioner is not working properly since few days. So we make visit to the location and done a inspection on air conditioner. we found that there is refrigerant leakage in the outdoor unit. So dismantled the unit and make a pressure test and found the leakage and arrested with brazing process. And again make a pressure test to conform there is no further leakage. Our beloved customer make a call saying that washing machine is making abnormal noise and feels like something is burning inside the machine. So we make a visit to the customer house found that the spider support of the drum has been broken due to bad maintenance of the machine. He said that no one explain about the descale powder which used to clean the drum and spider support by itself when you selected the option DRUM CLEAN. So that the drum tilted slightly and behave like a cutting machine and damaged the tub completely.
